*Monthly Rental Rates are available on travel during the months of November through March. A 28 night minimum stay is required to qualify for Monthly Rates and cannot exceed 89 nights. Accommodations are subject to availability and confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Winter Rental rates are subject to 13% tax and 7.5% resort fee. Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or package rates and is valid on new reservations only. All prices are based in U.S. dollars (USD).
*An advance deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking, the balance is payable upon arrival. No refunds are issued for early departures after you have checked in and paid your balance. Monthly Vacation Rental reservations are not eligible for VPP. If you cancel 30 days before arrival, we will charge a $50 cancellation penalty. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, you will forfeit your deposit. Date changes to the following year within 30 days of arrival will be treated as a cancellation. Reservations from local residents of Horry, Georgetown, and Brunswick counties are not accepted. Guests must be 55 years old or older to qualify for Monthly rates.
Please Note: In order to maximize the savings to our guests, extended Winter Rental Rates do not include daily housekeeping service. Monthly Rental Rates feature a unique set of policies that differ from our nightly rental policies. We recommend that you review our Extended Stay Rental Policies prior to making a reservation.
